Edwin R. Hudson |
Edwin R. Hudson joined the firm in 1985. Prior to this time he served as trial
attorney with the Florida Department of Insurance and State Treasurer. He has
an active litigation practice which includes defending tort, regulatory, constitutional,
and employment claims in both state and federal courts. A substantial part
of his practice also consists of eminent domain and property litigation. He
has successfully argued cases before the Florida Supreme Court.
Mr. Hudson attended St. Johns River Community College where he was student body president. He received his B.S. in Finance and J.D. from Florida State University. He is admitted to practice before state and federal courts, and formerly served on the executive committee of the Tallahassee Chapter of the American Inns of Court. Mr. Hudson is rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell.
