Laura Beth Faragasso

Laura Beth Faragasso Laura Beth Faragasso has been associated with the firm since 1987, with the exception of a two-year period during which she worked with a local bankruptcy firm. Her practice consists primarily of creditor oriented commercial litigation; medical malpractice defense and other health care provider representation; and employment discrimination defense. A significant amount of her time is also devoted to appellate law, as well as to the legal research and litigation support necessary for all areas in which the firm practices. Ms. Faragasso has successfully argued appellate cases before the Florida district courts of appeal, the Florida Supreme Court, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She has served as an adjunct instructor for the legal assisting program at Tallahassee Community College in the subject of litigation procedures and as an adjunct professor at the Florida State University College of Law in the area of creditor's rights.

Ms. Faragasso received her B.A. from Mississippi University for Women, magna cum laude, and her J.D., with high honors, from Florida State University College of Law. She is admitted to practice before state and federal courts. She is a member of the appellate law section of the Florida Bar and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
