E. Victoria "Tori" Penny |
Tori Penny joined the firm in 2006. Prior to attending law school, she worked
for many years as a paralegal where she gained valuable experience with medical
malpractice defense, road construction litigation, premises liability, administrative
healthcare law, employment law cases, asset forfeiture litigation, and administrative
rulemaking. Ms. Penny’s practice consists of general tort defense to
include medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, products
liability, and professional malpractice defense.
Ms. Penny received her B.S. in English Education in 1998 and her J.D. in 2006, both from Florida State University. She also studied international law with Penn State Dickinson School of Law in Florence, Italy. She is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of Florida. She is a member of the Trial Lawyers Section of The Florida Bar, and the Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association, and the Tallahassee Bar Association.
